Abstract:
The Ecuadorian state through the Ministry of Education guarantees the right to a holistic education to all children, as described in some articles of the country's constitution. In this way all the students of the basic elementary of the Machala district have the opportunity to develop physical education, and with this strengthen their cognitive, motor and socio affective abilities, which will guarantee them an integral formation indispensable for a better quality of life and an integral formation, in which the educational community is involved in which the ministry of education intervenes with the preparation of teachers, who acquire different skills and abilities in the development of their preparation to impart them in the learning of their students, the same as they acquire different skills and motor skills that improve them in the development of their studies in the different educational sublevels. In the process of formation of the child, when one of the involved of the educational community does not fulfill its role in its learning we cannot speak of a holistic education, this is why physical education is so important in the cognitive and motor development of the child, the same that intervenes through play and recreation to develop the different capacities previously proposed.
