Aplicación de la metodología lean six sigma para el incremento de la productividad del proceso de envasado de cilindros de gas licuado de petróleo

Abstract:

At present, the efficiency of the equipment required to produce GLP is very low, the technology is obsolete because the latest technologies have not been introduced and, in fact, manufacturers do not produce spare parts or basic maintenance kits to optimize the process. The objective of this research work is to apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology to increase the productivity of the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder packaging process, by detecting the main drawbacks that exist to satisfy the demand for GLP, the measurement of the production of the process, the improvement of aspects that presented greater complications according to the analysis carried out through pbkp_rediction strategies and the control of the validation of the operation of the process solutions.
