Aplicación de las redes de Petri en el desarrollo de una etapa de una máquina de fabricación flexible.


Abstract:

In flexible manufacturing systems processes of the industry there are different types of automation techniques, but no one’s follows an order that allows a process to be verified prior to the elaboration of the Petri net. This method allows obtaining a more detailed description of the system in which the process variables that the user wishes to use are identified. This research work proposes the elaboration of the Petri nets through a series of steps for the control of the second state of a flexible manufacturing system where the main activities are to collect the pieces and drill them. In this process, three motors, pressure sensors, limit switches, position sensors, and timers act, which allow the movement of the workpiece and its proper drilling. Therefore, different simulators are investigated that allow to verify the process and describe it in a practical way because it goes through different stages prior to the construction of the general RdP, where the operation of the process in its part of control and force can be seen through a state diagram where the variables that the system has are established, with which the architecture and modeling previously proposed can be simulated. The results of this research work are the description and analysis of the second stage of a flexible manufacturing cell in which the previous stages in the elaboration of the general Petri net of the system are detailed in order to simulate it and verify its correct operation.
