Aplicación del enfoque de integración sensorial en déficit congnitivo para optimizar el aprendizaje estudio realizado en usuario de 7 a 15 años que asisten a la Asociación Comuntaria Hilarte
Abstract:
Cognitive deficits, is a limitation on the individual that affects learning and occurs before age 18. This affectation limited processing levels and in turn prevents the brain emit a correct answer. The individual receives stimuli from the outside through and processed by organs such as touch, taste, smell, sight, however not taken into account other senses as the vestibular, proprioceptive. These senses are vital to humans, they receive stimuli and guide them through electrical impulses to the brain. The human body responds to these pulses differently depending on the stimulus that arises. The implementation of an intervention based on the sensory integration approach individuals who present moderate cognitive deficits improve performance in many areas of their daily lives. Learning is the globalization of many processes that occur in the nervous system, the same as various sensory stimuli need to be carried out, thus meeting the demands of human beings to adapt to the environment in which it is located.
