Aplicación metodológica en el proceso de entrenamiento de natación en la categoría de 9 a 11 años del Club Formativo "Hermanos Enderica Salgado"

Abstract:

This thesis project proposed a Methodological Application to the swimming training process in the 9 to 11 year old category belonging to the "Hermanos Enderica Salgado" training club. The application of this project had two main objectives: aerobic development and swimming efficiency. The results at the end of the process were positive.
