Apoyo a padres de familia de 2do. año de educación general básica (EGB) en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje a través de la capacitación telepresencial


Abstract:

The suspension of face-to-face classes due to the dangers of the coronavirus pandemic gave way to the massification of virtual and distance education, something that at that point had only been present in university education. For this reason, surprisingly, the parents were obliged to accompany their children pedagogically. The virtuality of this type of education is an aspect that significantly affects the difficulties that parents currently have in helping their children. Added to this is the lack of teaching or learning strengthening techniques. In response to this context, and through the research - action methodology, we worked on a pedagogical innovation with 3 mothers of families in a virtual education situation with their children. With this, it is hoped that their capacities for pedagogical accompaniment are enhanced. The research revealed the need to increase the digital skills of parents, and create a learning culture that uses social networks as self-training resources The innovation consisted of virtual training for participants on four fundamental aspects of pedagogical accompaniment: routines, study habits, place of study and self-discipline. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted to learn the perspective of the mothers of the family.
