Application of a diagnostic methodology for the change of organizational culture in higher education institutions


Abstract:

The demand for modern methods of management, control and greater efficiency is a need, increasingly in current universities, especially for the necessary search for quality in the supply of academic and research services. Develop a methodology to diagnose the prevailing cultural conditions in the organization and determine the type of change that is required to undertake, was part of this research on continuous improvement in Higher Education Institutions (HEI).
