Application of critical path method and compressed costs in the craft beer production. Case study

Abstract:

Natos S.A. is a company that makes craft beer. The aim of the current investigation is to improve its manufacturing system. Then, the tool of the compressed costs was applied to optimize the waiting time in the processes of this company and its costs involved. This was supplemented with the critical path method (CPM), to improve total production time. As a result, this is decreased by 24.5% less in relation to the current process time.
