Application of the Theory of Restrictions in the shrimp activity of ANDAMAR S.A.: Strategies for continuous improvement


Abstract:

The improvement of the processes in search of competitiveness is one of the most relevant issues at present, because the organizations are in search of continuous improvement to be able to stay in the market, for this reason the present work focuses on the application of the theory of restrictions in a shrimp company. The objective was to apply the theory of restrictions as a strategy of continuous improvement. The results allow to focus on the control of the diet and waste of the input.
