Application of the principle of sustainable development through information media to improve environmental education

Abstract:

The principle of sustainable development is established in the International Agreements and Treaties duly ratified and signed by Ecuador and in the same way in national regulations such as the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, in the Organic Code of the Environment. This is an important principle since it transcends for the people who are in the present and for future generations, in order to satisfy their needs in a global and permanent way with the aim of guaranteeing the balance between economic and cultural growth, care healthy environment and social welfare. Taking into account that society can be informed and have a better environmental education and thus fulfill its duties and rights.
