Anisotropic Newton’s kernel in the plane

Abstract:

The goal of this paper is to construct a fundamental solution of the operator div(B∇) in the plane, where B is a real symmetric and definite positive matrix, and to find integral representations to the solutions of the stationary inhomoge-neous anisotropic equation.
