Arquitectura Bioclimática: Diseño Arquitectónico del Terminal Terrestre para la ciudad de Catamayo, cantón Catamayo, provincia de Loja

Abstract:

The present research is focused primarily on the development of an architectural project of public facilities in a particular place, Catamayo, contributing positively to the implementation of bioclimatic design, thus achieving obtain a design proposal that is sustainable and adapted to place. The project is supported with a main theoretical basis of the criteria of bioclimatic architecture to be used in designing a research project areas, regulations, articles and laws for the development of this equipment is also performed. The Catamayo canton does not have a plan Planning therefore it was necessary to conduct a study to determine the possible site of implantation of the proposal, thus achieving determine the site with more skills and allow us to meet the objective of the project is achieve the congestion in the downtown area of the city. The study of laws, regulations allowed me articles and determine the basic architectural program, it was implemented and conditioning areas and spaces that are considered important for a public facility. He developed a simple project achieving the same it can achieve adequate thermal comfort of the user, fundamental principle of bioclimatic architecture, assuming fulfilled the objective of the subject
