Asesor?a al directivo de la escuela ?Ciudad de Guachapala? en la gesti?n del Plan de Capacitaci?n Docente 2019-2020

Abstract:

The present investigation will give account of a work carried out in the "Ciudad de Guachapala" school, located in the canton of the same name. The main objective of the project was: to advise the school director, in the management of the 2019-2020 Teacher Training Plan. This plan was aimed, as a priority, at facilitating and supporting management, teaching and administrative personnel in actions that seek to solve their training needs, evidenced in the institutional diagnosis. From a quali-quantitative methodological approach, information was collected working with the interview with the manager, survey of teachers, review of institutional documents and implementation of the training plan as a proposal of this work. The study and development of the proposal was carried out with the teachers of the School of Basic Education "Ciudad de Guachapala" who assume as a priority the realization of said plan based on the audit results and classroom visits made to the teaching staff of the institution. With the teacher training activities carried out by the manager with the researcher's support, the development of the Teacher Training Plan focused on active Language and Literature methodologies was achieved. These competencies will allow improvement in the educational management of the classroom and in all the training processes of the campus. In conclusion, the Teacher Training Plan constitutes a means to manage academic quality due to its transforming and integrating nature of the pedagogical process. As it is developed in an effective and affective way, respecting the contextual circumstances of the institution, it produces a positive effect and a proactive attitude towards the educational action of each one of the teachers of an educational establishment.
