A necessary reflection on communication and some Latin American universities science production policies

Abstract:

This article focuses on the analysis of the acting communication model in some universities science production policies and turns to the study of the phenomena associated with these as communication processes. It aims at reflecting critically, in the context of communication and development, about Latin American universities science production policies, finally proposing a communication model that takes Harold Lasswell model as a reference.
