Assessment of the knowledge of congruent maintenance law

Abstract:

The research is aimed at identifying the level of knowledge about the right of maintenance in a group of lawyers, for which it begins with a literature search and an initial diagnosis that justify the need to investigate these thematic aspects that give consistency to it. The objective is: to validate an instrument to identify the level of knowledge about the right to maintenance payments. The main methods and techniques used were: synthetic analytical, inductive-deductive, survey, scientific obser-vation and statistical-mathematical methods. After applying the instrument to the investigated sample, it was found that the results have a high level of validity, i.e. p 000, which allows its generalization to a larger sample.
