Audit in the hostel “the black sheep inn”<sup>a</sup>dministrative


Abstract:

Tourism is a key factor in the socio-political and economic transformations of communities that incorporate tourist attractions. In terms of its performance, The Black Sheep Inn presents certain deficiencies in the administrative part since there has been disorganization in terms of staff activities. The objective of the research: to evaluate the administrative processes of The Black Sheep Inn in order to identify opportunities for improvement and excellence in customer service. To carry out the preliminary research, interviews, surveys, diagnostic questionnaires, and analysis of the documentary information available during a period of three months were conducted. A group of indicators are evaluated for each of the processes, with a Likert scale with which the work will be evaluated. In conclusion, at “The Black Sheep Inn” the tasks, duties, hierarchy, responsibilities, and functions have not been established in writing and have not been communicated to the personnel. By means of the strategies, recommendations and results proposed, the inn seeks to improve, so it is essential that they put them into practice for the growth and development of the company.
