Auditoria de gestión a la H. Junta Parroquial de Guadalupe, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, periodo 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2010

Abstract:

To choose the “ Gobierno Parroquial de Guadalupe” , to do the present research , I did that thinking in execution of gestion auditories with an integral focus, moreover, is conceived as an efficacy auditory and one Gerential-Operative and results Auditory Type. Is an Efficiency and Economy Auditory because is dedicating to the economic acquisition of resources and its efficient use or benefit in the production of services and work, expressed in a full production in the quantity and quality produced with the use of determinate and minimum quantity of resources, increasing the productivity with less costs. Is an Efficacy Auditory because is dedicating to know the level which one entity, program or project are performance the objectives, results or benefits, assigned, expressed in terms of quantity, quality, time and cost etc. Is an Auditory with focus Gerential-Operative and results, because evaluate the gestion realizing in order to get the objectives and goals among the execution of plans, programs, activities, projects of one entity, expressed in the production of benefit, services and works in the quality and quantity, and are sociality useful and results are measuring for its quality and impact.
