Abstract:

The Department of Drinking Water GAD Canton Montecristi, which gives the vital liquid to Canton, is deficient in service coverage, one of the main reasons is because it does not have its own water uptake, but depends on other Canton Other factors that cause the problems is the lack of clear policies and schemes that have made the subscriber has not acquired a culture of payment, which in turn has resulted in revenue well below estimates referred not to mention the amount lost of water exceeds 50%. Therefore it is essential to implement a process analysis approach, in the commercial field that improves the collection, efficient customer service, implementation of effective internal controls, collection management so you can have resources for operation efficient and quality. With higher revenue collection management, and control of water loss, the department will provide users with quality service and continuity, even allowing increased service coverage.
