Auditoría de Gestión al departamento de talento humano de una distribuidora de productos de consumo masivo.


Abstract:

The aim of this study is to analyze the management of processes that is carried out by the human resources department at the company, CODELITESA S.A. through a management audit. The methodology used was fieldwork with both qualitative and quantitative approaches which made it possible to gather internal information from the department. This information was appropriate and necessary for the audit. The final product of this analysis is a report in which the department’s management is analyzed by applying the steps of management auditing. Recommendations were then given for measuring the processes of the department through the applied indicators, thus perfecting the control, management and handling of resources and the processes of the human resources department. It will also contribute to the company’s development, an increase in staff performance and meeting of objectives.
