Auditoría de cumplimiento de leyes y regulaciones al área de Talento humano del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón el Pangui, correspondiente al periodo 01 de enero al 31 de diciembre del 2014
Abstract:
This investigation aims to implement a compliance audit in the Self-Governed Decentralized Canton El Pangui’s Department of Human Resources as an effective option for the management and improvement of its daily activities. One of the most important bibliographical resources for this text is Auditoría Integral de Normas y Procedimientos written by Yanel Blanco (2014). Also, in a way to elaborate the compliance audit, this research is based on rules, regulations and statutes. Now in terms of the second fact about the position’s design and portrayal component, the Canton has its respective position´s classification manual and human resources’ internal means. In addition, the personnel’s recruitment and selection component helped to confirm that employment is offered upon institution’s needs. Among the results, first about ‘the performance assessment’, it was found that there is not a claims’ committee, organization’s employees are not evaluated, and workers are not trained. These details can be confirmed with the help of The Organic Law of Public Services
