Auditoría de cumplimiento de leyes y regulaciones al área de recursos humanos del colegio y escuela San Gerardo correspondiente al período 01 de enero al 31 de diciembre del 2014

Abstract:

The current investigation is an audit to check the human resources regulations of the San Gerardo school, middle school and high school of Loja in the year 2014. The audit’s main goal is to determine if the institution is following the internal regulations, which include but are not limited to design, description and assessment of the staff, workplaces and the process of hiring these people. I also verified if these jobs and these people were evaluated periodically to make sure they are working in a satisfactory level and meeting the institution’s standards. The main resources I used were polls, interviews and direct observation, resources that allowed me to establish the results of the current investigation. I consider this work can be very valuable to the institution’s authorities because it can help them to know if their staff are following the internal human resources regulations and mend some aspects of it if considered necessary, all in favor of the permanent and continuous improvement of the institution.
