Auditoría de cumplimiento de leyes y regulaciones al área de talento humano del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Pindal, correspondiente al periodo del 01 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2014


Abstract:

The present investigation project focused in the compliance audit of laws and regulations to the management of the human talent, has like object to verify the applicable execution of the normative one to the Decentralized Municipal Autonomous Government of the Canton Pindal, basing us on The International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAI) Inspectors for the theoretical mark, and it stops its application in the International Auditing Standards (NIA). When identifying their normative one it is determined if it completes or not, with the legal dispositions that it establishes him for command of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, as well as the applicable other laws to the company and area or department to examine, by means of the application of the audit programs and work papers as the narrative identifications, execution square with the purpose of emitting a report that contains the respective conclusions and recommendations. When culminating with the exam of execution audit to the management of the human talent, it is determined if this investigation obtained an impact in the entity, analyzing the magnitude of the nonfulfillment for the subcomponents examined.
