Auditoría de cumplimiento del Código de Ética para el Buen Vivir de la Función Ejecutiva en la Agencia de Regulación y Control Hidrocarburífero “ARCH”

Abstract:

The Audit Code of Ethics of Good Living Executive Function in Hydrocarbon Agency for Regulation and Control is performed based on the auditing standards generally accepted. The Institutional Code of Ethics was implemented based on the guidelines of CEVB-FE, with some differences, such as the formation of the Ethics Committee, the same could not be done according to the guidelines specified in CEVB-FE, and that the institution lacks the Directorate of Strategic Management by both the Chairman of the Committee was appointed by the Director of the Institution. Within the conformation is also the appointment of two servers or workers, they should be chosen randomly, but were not chosen that way but appointed by the full Committee. The Code was implemented with certain limitations, but considering that it was more important that the Code is in force, the Code was issued on May 14, 2014. Its main objective is to establish and promote values, responsibilities and ethical commitments regarding the behavior and practices servers or workers entities of the Executive, to achieve corporate objectives and contribute to the good use of public resources. They also considered the values specified in the CEVB-FE, gender equity, institutional relations among others
