Auditoría forense como técnica de prevención y detección de fraude en las empresas productoras y exploradoras de campos maduros en los años 2012 y 2013

Abstract:

This research provides information on the implementation of Forensic Audit and technical prevention and detection of fraud in exploration companies and producing mature fields in the period 2012 and 2013, is aimed at all those who wish to broaden their knowledge and specialize in this branch. It should be noted that planning and development of the research, the information was collected directly from employees and former employees of five oil companies in mature fields, which are mostly oil camps in eastern Ecuador, who kindly helped advance our thesis. The development of this project includes four chapters, containing the same clear and relevant information on the Forensic Audit, in order to facilitate understanding. The research covers the conceptual framework Forensic Audit, origin, definition, objectives, importance and classification as well as the scope, the profile of Forensic Auditor.
