Authorship and criminal involvement hypnosis
Abstract:
In the field of Criminal Sciences, the research contextualizes and delimits the state of empirical evidence of the ineffective-ness of hypnosis in states of full unconsciousness as a cause of inclusion of the conduct. It accounts for the results of rigorous research since it is not yet foreseen by the doctrine as a cause of criminal liability or other studies that do not yet have systematized criteria of legal relevance. The methodology based on the qualitative approach followed the necessary conditions for the explanatory-analytical scope from relevant theories from the lens of clinical psychology. The feasibility of allusive impli-cations inserted in the penal participation by the subjection to hypnotic therapies with criminogenic purposes was provided.
