Automation and implementation of a Business Process Management (BPM) system for the project management process based on the level 3 Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI - DEV) methodologies for Professional Services Cima-E S.A.

Abstract:

The present work addressed the study of a solution that contributes with the automation of business processes based on CMMI level 3 for the company Servicios Profesionales Cima-E S.A. This project included the layout of the project management process through the AS-IS model and the TO-BE model, which identified waste and redesigned the improvements, then digitized them and automated their workflow through BIZAGUI.
