Automation in communication and marketing
Abstract:
Automation from the hand of artificial intelligence has achieved great growth in recent years in different fields of organizations. One of them is communication and marketing, allowing organizations to accelerate their processes and in some way improve communication with their audiences. This research makes a bibliographic review related to automation in communication and marketing. At the end of the research, a bibliography is provided that allows to have a greater depth of the study topic.
