Automatización de máquina turbuladora Windmöller & Hölscher 2170 para la empresa SMURFIT KAPPA S.A.


Abstract:

Currently, industrial communication systems provide us with control processes and better supervision in real time, since technological evolution is constant and changing in communication protocols and industrial control. The degree project aims to automate the Turbuladora 2170 machine of the brand WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER for the company SMURFIT KAPPA S.A. In this case the components of the machine, electrical boards, PLC-S7-200 and its elements were obsolete, they were very old, they had three electrical panels for the parts of the machine at that time, so automation was carried out and implemented a single electrical panel for the general control command of the machine. Among the elements used for the project are the control and force equipment, which are: a programmable stand-alone with its respective input and output modules, an HMI display, motor starters, contactors, sources, transformer, breakers, switches, cables, relays, switch, gutters, electrical panel, din rail, terminals, covers, bridges, pilot lights, push buttons, selectors. The mentioned machine is in the company SMURFIT KAPPA S.A., it has as beneficiaries all the operators of this Industrial plant so that they can easily manipulate the different functions through the HMI programmable interface. Its purpose is to adapt machines to the world of technology.
