Automatización del proceso de posicionamiento de liner en tapas plásticas para mejorar la productividad en la empresa IEPESA en Quito.


Abstract:

The automation of the process of quality and placement of liner in lids will be carried out by means of an embedded controller and different final control equipment in the area of the food line to obtain finished products under the appropriate asepsis, in addition the improvement of the productivity will be improved in quality and number of tapas per hour. One of the main embedded controllers is the raspberry pi 3b that offers the different technical requirements for the adequate and efficient automation of the process, among some of its features is technical support, low cost, free software, camera for digitization of images among others, in comparison of high-end controllers. The Raspberry PI that will be responsible for the digital processing of images for an adequate verification of the cover face up and face down, in addition the control of the covers by geometric deformation and color to thus ensure that in the stage of the placement of the liner the lid meets the requirements of the customer request. A monitoring will be carried out by means of an HMI to visualize the count of caps, the scanning of the caps and indicators of the electromechanical elements in each stage of the process, in this way to keep a history of the production.
