Abstract:

This investigation was carried out it in the Envasadora Ameyal, of the city of Ambato, dedicated company to the elaboration of sodas. The raw material bases to carry out this process they are coloring, conservantes sugars, and the polyethylene in sleeve. In this envasadora he/she didn't have an analysis of the activities of the operators where they are carried out the processes of the soda. Time outs were also observed between production sections and the lack of a standard time for the realization of several tasks that you/they carry out the operators in a manual way. This problem influences in the effectiveness of the realized tasks, and in the prospective level of productivity in a normal lot of soda elaboration. In this investigation it was applied the field methodology, and the investigation techniques like the observation, guided to the analysis of each task carried out by the operators in each process, and the survey, directed to the manager of all the activities of production of sodas in sleeve. In and of itself by means of an analysis of times and movements carried out in the process of sodas in a lot of 118 liters it was: 3.63 horas/hombre was indicated that these times had to be improved the production index, at one time standardized for the execution of some tasks that you/they required a good time of operation, The implementation of the Automation in the system of production control of sodas I help to improve the yield and the effectiveness of the production, finally with the automation of the system of sealing control in the machine of elaboration of sodas decreased the time to 1.77 hombre/maquina in the same lot of production 118 liters.
