Bacteriological evaluation and pathological anatomo of samples pigs for causes remitted to the laboratory
Abstract:
A lesion characterization was carried out based on a hundred pig diagnosed by the laboratory provincial of Villa Clara as being positive to salmonelsys. The quantity of isolated strains and the serotype to which they belong was also evaluated. The following viscera of each pig were investigated: liver, spleen, lung, intestines, kidney and ganglions for 700 samplings analyzed at the bacteriological and pathological anatomy laboratories simultaneously. It was observed that the most outstading results were the lesions in the intestines, ganglions, liver and lungs, as well as greater isolation frecuency in hogs having a compatible disease with salmonellosis was the Salmonella cholerasuis.
