Balanced scorecard applied to shoe companies in the province of Tungurahua. Case MELAN


Abstract:

The new business generation must accurately and carefully specify the mission that will govern the 21st century company, as it is understood that it represents the operations to be executed in order to achieve differentiation before the target market. The present work was developed to describe the environment of leather footwear companies in the province of Tungurahua. In addition, it is intended to concentrate those possible objectives to achieve, in the business or business unit, a compendium with the opportunities and threats presented by the environment. Unlike other studies in the sector, it performs an analysis of strategic gaps (GAP) that contribute to the planning with knowledge of the causes of the poorly implemented strategic ones.
