Barreras al Desarrollo de la Creatividad en Estudiantes Universitarios de Chile: Un Estudio Empírico


Abstract:

The purpose of this work is to verify empirically what are the main barriers faced by university students for the development of their creativity. For this purpose, a study is carried out with 262 Chilean students. The results show that students perceive that there are important barriers of the environment and of the organization, however these barriers do not affect their creativity. It is the student's own individual barriers that affect their creativity. These results are of interest to teachers, universities and to public authorities responsible for educational systems.
