Bases metodológicas para el proceso de formulación de políticas públicas
Abstract:
Public policies are generally understood as actions taken to solve given problem. Although the term has many meanings, from the perspective of social sciences, it refers to the action of public authorities within society to respond to specific objectives of social and economic. His conception involves the participation of different actors and the relationship with a variety of circumstances, of which depends the enunciation and implementation. However, the formulation of public policy is complex and requires the intervention of multidisciplinary teams of researchers, designers, implementers, testers, analysts, among others. The need to design successful policies to improve the living conditions of the population demands the cooperation of the state and public institutions.
