Bioethical leadership: A systematic world view in complex organizations

Abstract:

This paper aims to propose and identify some approaches on bioethics, leadership anorganizations, relating them from the perspective of complex thought to the concepts of autopoiesiand complex organic systems. The methodology used was documentary descriptive, in whicliterature sources were analyzed in relation to the aforementioned theoretical and conceptuaelements, thus generating the theoretical basis regarding the need to implement new organizationaconstructs inserted into novel structures that promote training leaders with a bioethical sense andthus contribute to the development of institutions that favor social dynamics significantly. As conclusion, the importance of bioethical leadership in complex organizations is conceived, takininto account the interrelationships between the organization/society, which focus harmonically ohuman’s connection with the environment.
