Brake and clutch

Abstract:

Some of the most important challenges concerning brakes are noise, vibrations, and harshness (NVH); considerable effort was made in the last two decades to determine the origin, the mechanism of transmission, and damping of brake acoustic waves. The analysis of brake noise and vibration is the first step to understand this phenomenon and find adequate solutions.
