Business Intelligence systems to support decision-making in Veterinary Medicine

Abstract:

In Veterinary Medicine exists an increasing need to examine the data generated in practice professional, that they go from prevention and diagnosis to the treatment of the diseases, upsets and injuries, making more difficult with the exponential increase of the information that is compiled, processes and examines. In this work were utilized Infotecnology tools for the compilation of information that allowed giving fulfillment to the objective to show the potentialities that represent for this science to use business intelligence like technological alternatives to generate scenes, prognosises and analytical reports that back up the decision making. Concluded that it was perceived that as a result of the study these types of systems make easy and improve the work of specialists.
