Abstract:

The management of assets is an administrative process carried out by a community, this with the purpose of caring for or preserving a good that may be physical or intangible, the purpose of carrying out good asset management is to have control of responsible use, preservation for future generations, keeping the unique value of each good. Asset management also serves as a tool that helps us to provide important instruments for the execution of good planning for the acquisition and management of goods, an optimal decision and a correct entry to the entity.(Rasolonjatovo et al., 2015). In this investigation we have based on the study of the assets in the construction of the community, and the management of heritage assets linked to tourism and community tourism.
