COMPANY “CORP. NAULA S.A.S” AND THE IMPORTANCE OF AN AUDIT OF THE HUMAN TALENT DEPARTMENT
Abstract:
At present it is of utmost importance that companies audit the different departments that make up the same, that is why this research work is focused on the corporation Naula S.A.S, year 2021, which has as its main objective to evaluate the impact of the management audit of the Human Resources department in the efficiency and effectiveness of the company in question. The methodology used was explanatory and descriptive, during the development of the research work, interviews and surveys to the company’s collaborators were used, the application of management indicators and the evaluation of internal control allowed to identify findings, which indicate the non-compliance of current regulations of the labor code, the application of an empirical selection and recruitment process, the absence of function manuals, through the evaluation of internal control the level of trust and risk of the company was determined, through the application of management indicators the levels of efficiency and effectiveness of the personnel working in the entity were known.
