Abstract:
The present research aims at evaluating the labor competencies established in the tourist career of the Higher Education Institutions of the country, seeking the standardization of hotel processes that respond to the demands of the most demanding clients, for this type of research The use of some methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, observation, comparison and foundation was carried out; And techniques: survey, interview, checklist, observation tabs among others. For the identification of labor competencies in each of the key positions studied (room waiter and area cleaner in tourist centers), we work with internal and external clients, where, in the latter case, a simple random sampling. Once the competences have been identified, we will immediately produce the profiles and then the quantitative and qualitative indicators that will be measured in practical cases, becoming a vital support for the permanent evaluation of human talent with comparative indices through the experiences of experts in the different areas compressed to the satisfaction of the client's needs And above all in the quality of care. It is essential to triangulate labor competencies, economic indicators and the capacity of human talent, these results dictate the performance of each labor representative in specific areas of the hotel business order, which is included in modern structures of quality and evaluation of hotel processes, These professional profiles are determined in joint work between the private company and the public company.
