A purpose of a case: Coarctation of aorta, vicente corral moscoso cuenca hospital-Ecuador 2018

Abstract:

Aortic coarctation is relatively one of the congenital vascular pathologies detected, but when they are not diagnosed in the neonate, the patient can continue his life without presenting symptoms or presenting one, which is the most frequent, arterial hypertension. In this clinical case presentation, we will see the importance of the early diagnosis of this disease so as not to reach more complications that may affect more organs such as renal complications that can mask the disease and expand the number of differential diagnoses and for the application of a good therapeutic plan.
