CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS OF EMPLOYERS TO REGULATE LABOR RELATIONS WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES IN PRIVATE COMPANIES
Abstract:
Nowadays, the first causes of complications in the labor relationship of workers with their employers are presented in the disregard of the contractually agreed individually or collectively and including labor standards of industrial safety and occupational health, social security. Reason, which promotes to write about the importance of the responsibility of compliance with contractual obligations in private companies, agreed between employers and workers in good faith. This entails for the employer or legal representative of the company in breach of this, the payment of fines and indemnities and other benefits of the workers derived from the labor relationship. The objective of the research is to list the contractual obligations of employers to regulate labor relations with their workers. The research method is documentary with a mixed approach using a questionnaire as an instrument and a survey technique. The findings the lack of knowledge of obligations of employers and workers to demand their compliance.
