CRITICAL THINKING AND ITS RELATION TO STRATEGIC THINKING AND LEADERSHIP

Abstract:

In the present research work a review will be made on the state of the art of the incidence that critical thinking has on strategic thinking, and these in turn on leadership. For this reason, a selection of relevant academic articles dealing with the proposed topic was made and will allow an in-depth analysis of this topic. The results obtained from research carried out on critical, strategic and leadership thinking will be analyzed, showing a general panorama of the relationship between these three variables under study. As a way to clarify the variable term within the research field, in a concept or construct that it is wanted to measure based on other concepts (variables), and whose relationship can be direct or inverse, and its conception is dependent or independent.
