Abstract:

The objective of this project is to analyze the curriculum redesignof the environment's demanded competencies, by means of an internal and external diagnosis of the Business Administration careerat the Peninsula of Santa Elena State University. The challenge is to carry out an analysis of the curriculum for the demanded competencies of the professionals from the Business Administration career and its environment, which are important to establish strategic changesin the current curricular design, and changes in teaching and learning, among others, which were applied to improve the quality of university teaching.
