Abstract:
Work degree on Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, specifically, early stimulation. The main objective is to capture the high-risk factors that alter later psychomotor development of the newborn, to improve the management and care of children. The problem identified: psychobiological development is inadequate newborns HG-1 in the Armed Forces, whose risk factors have not been identified in time. The hypothesis says: The uptake of perinatal risk factors, will provide psychomotor developmental disorders of the newborn and infant's family rejection. Theoretically explained with focus Skinner operant conditioning, based on the form of learning by which a subject is more likely to repeat forms of behavior involving positive and, conversely, less likely to repeat that entail negative consequences. Explained with four chapters Framework: normal evolutionary development the child, risk factors newborns psychosensorial disorders in high risk infants, parental involvement: newborn care at risk. Descriptive, not experimental. He has worked with a total population of one hundred fifty-three patients, men and women that has been applied by direct observation techniques interview and psychological application of reagents to assess perinatal risk factors. Applies deductive and statistical method. It is concluded that the uptake of high-risk patients is a complex problem that requires society to have a definition meridian health policy, to guide prevention and control. Therefore it is recommended to address the causes of the high risk factors affecting the birth of the infant psychomotor development and early stimulation and combine family psychotherapy.
