Captación y seguimiento de Clientes para CV proyectos y Asesoría Acuícola Empresa Comercializadora de Truchas.
Abstract:
The company “CV Proyectos y Asesoría Acuícola”, doesn’t have quality information of the prospects of customers that were captured and due to the growth that has had in this period, the owner proposes the development of an application that will be oriented towards sellers, which will be equipped with a technological tool, for the storage of all the information of prospects and future clients in order to have a personalized attention in order to the same seller accompanies the customer during their stay in the company, creating a certain degree of loyalty between the seller and the customer, in addition if a seller stops providing his services to the company, the customers that belong to him are not stopped being attended that would maintain the monthly production. To achieve this objective, this system must be oriented to the needs of these professionals, identifying their requirements, project feasibility, technical analysis and software engineering application, supported with a server-side scripting programming language such us the classic ASP, a design tool like Macromedia Dreamweaver and a Microsoft SQL Server database, providing the system with agile and functional mechanisms that facilitate the task of storing information within a centralized database. In the investigation that was carried out, was found the lack of an information registration procedure, which is stored in a notebook of each seller called "logbook", with the development of this project, is intended to get the company to perceive the new process as a completely satisfactory experience.
