A semantic interoperability standard for social security information exchange
Abstract:
The objective of this paper is introducing ongoing research about metadata standards for social security information exchanges. The proposal is a set of 15 elements based on the Dublin Core and ISO 15836-2009. Value of some elements is based on existing controlled vocabularies that should be updated and extended worldwide. The future standard should be tested by competent institutions that verify its practical use and complemented with an Interchange Field Format to facilitate the exchange of metadata set.
