Caracterización del perfil de las competencias laborales en el docente universitario

Abstract:

The research was developed through a process based on a bibliographic review and field study with innovative contributions related to the subject of labor competencies with emphasis on higher education. The proposed objective was to establish the characterization of the professional profile by labour competences in university teaching staff. To achieve this purpose, a quantitative/positivistic methodology was considered, an instrument was applied considering a universe of 56 teachers, and 30 statements were presented in this instrument, analyzing the results through the method of descriptive statistics under the Guttman scalogram system.
