Abstract:

This SOCIOCULTURAL PROJECT meets a need of Guayaquil society, due to the increasing demand for recreational space, culture, and places of amusements, in which can impart different workshops and events and are repositories. This SOCIOCULTURAL PROJECT meets a need of Guayaquil society, due to the increasing demand for recreational space, culture, and places of amusements, in which can impart different workshops and events and are repositories. The "CULTURAL ARTS CENTER FOR URBAN CITY GUAYAQUIL" stems from the specific idea of chaos and beauty of street art which is characterized by graffiti, urban dance, visual arts and many other arts involved and interact with this. How successful the project was developed with the same basic geometry have been deformed to give rise to the same graffiti that blends with a number of orthogonal shapes. Considering sustainability issues specific milestones green areas representative of this cultural center was established, in addition to considering green roofs as a starting point for the sustainability of the project using photovoltaic panels, different types of coatings and materials. The Centre will be the point of convergence between the artists of the city, the country and elsewhere in Latin America. Since there is a great demand for this type of arts in young people want to express themselves in some way
