Cesarean section. Hysterorrhaphy in one plane

Abstract:

Morbimortality between hysterorraphy in one and two planes, was compared. One hundred patients in whom hysterorraphy in one plane, was done with a control group of one hundred with hysterorraphy in two planes, were studied, and evolution was compared. The time of surgery was 50% lees with the hysterorraphy in one plane.(P minor 0.0001). Bleeding of 100 cc. lees (P minor 0.001). There was no difference about complications of both methods. There was no difference in morbimortality. The cicatrization during sixty days after surgery is the same.
